Under the passenger side, front dashboard. There are three hex head screws that fasten the under dash cover. One is over the transmission hump, one is about dead center over the front passenger's feet, and the third is to the right of that. The one over the transmission hump is the most difficult to access.
Once removing those screws the cover can be moved down. Over where the passenger's left foot would normally reside, there is a rectangular access door. That door is secured via another hex head screw located towards the firewall. Unfasten that screw and and pull aft on the cover. The cabin air filters are now accessible--there are two in series that are easily removable. After you pull the filters out, I recommend you run the blower on high momentarily to blow out any dust.
Install new filters and assemble in the reverse order.
