It does not have a cam sensor. That engine still use's the distributor to note the position of the cam. If it's not firing then you need to check the ignition module and pick-up coil, they are both in the distributor.
Take the distributor cap and rotor off and that electric device that you see is the cam sensor.
Throttle Position Sensor(TPS)/Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor(APPS) signal voltage high.
The speedometer signal comes form the abs sensor on top of the rear axle.
It`s on the flywheel or it`s between the motor and trans and it`s on the passinger side I hope this helps

If same size, yes.
The throttle position sensor is located on the throttle plate.
It is part of the pump module in the fuel tank.
