It is a non serviceable part of the distributor. The distributor will need replaced if the cam sensor has failed.
i just got that code on my 95 Chrysler lhs, and it means the throttle position sensor (tps) is bad or the wiring to it.

The 94 and 95 are the same,no cam sensor.1996 and 1997 are differant in one way.The 1996 and 1997 have a cam sensor. .The 97 has a cam sensor and the 94 does not.The 1996 has a cam sensor too.

The service department will put in a new oxygen sensor, with a 25% discount on parts if you are a Chrysler employee, for $102.**. The sensor, with the discout, is @ $95.

The 95 S10 4.3L still uses the distributor.
A 1995 Chrysler Concorde only has one oxygen sensor on each side. They are screwed into the exhaust manifolds.
From the information I have been able to gather, the 95 Chrysler cirrus do not have mass air flow sensor. Two different auto parts stores & 1 Chrysler dealer informed me that this particular vehicle does not have the sensor. Hope this helps, because I was looking for the same thing.
On the drivers side of the valve cover...it's round and the plug for the harness points downwards.
