The OBDII connection is usually under the dashboard on either side of the steering column. If it is not readily visible, it will be located behind a removable panel.

Where is the diagnostic scanner port on a 1995 F-250 4x4
The EEC TEST connection is by your power distribution box in your engine compartment ( EEC - IV / OBD I )
It is a diagnostic connector and it is located on the driver (LEFT) side near the battery
Ports are usually under dash drivers side most cars. May have a plastic cap that says diagnostic or similar.
Reading diagnostic codes is easy. The driver plugs the reader/scanner into the diagnostic port of the vehicle, and the scanner/reader will give a code if there is a problem, and tell them the type of problem.
hello its located right under the dash on the drivers side.i have a odb scanner(dianostic tool hooked up to mine.
