The powertrain control module (PCM) is located in the passengers side kick panel area of the S-10 with the 4.3L engine. If that S-10 has the 2.8L or the 2.5L engine it would have an electronic control module (ECM) also located in the passengers side kick panel area.

Remove the wiring harness from your 1995 Chevy Blazer ignition control module. Remove the ignition control module retaining screws. Reverse the process to install your new ignition control module.

I have a 2001 s-10 ext cab with 60-40 front seats. The module was located under the 20% of the drivers seat where a center console would be. It was under the carpet. I had to cut the carpet to get to it. Hope this helps.
The Distributer module on "92" S-10 Vin code "W" or "Z" is located on the distributer,you must remove the distributer cap to gain access to the ignition module. Once you have gained access to the ignition rotor it is always necessary to always test the module before replacing it.
The ecm is the engine control module. I'm not sure what a ecu is.
