being a technician, i have never located one! we hook a machine up to the upper radiator hose or you can disconnect the heater hose located under the car on the passenger side, but that's quite a mess.
well u have to take the lower radiator shield off, the drain can be taken out with a flat head screw driver the plug is right below the lower radiator hose

There is no radiator cap on a 1999 Ford Contour. The cap to the coolant overflow reservior is the only way to add something to the radiator.
Should be at the bottom of the radiator.
if you are talking about the coolant drain hose there isn't one on this model.

The 4 cly is on the bottom of the transmission .
Disconnect the lower coolant hose.
Doesnt have one, you have to remove the bottom hose to drain coolant.
On the bottom of the radiator. If there is no drain plug, simply remove the lower radiator hose to drain the coolant from the radiator.
Then coolant doesn't get pumped, and the engine ends up overheating.
Easiest way to drain the radiator is to remove the lower coolant hose.
