If you mean cooling fan relay, its under the hood...next to the battery, its a small black box. look on the top of it and it will say cooling fan, its a small square shaped relay. hope that helps.

When it's running hot you should hear the cooling fan running, if not that is your problem. If the cooling fan does not operate check the fuses, cooling fan relay, cooling fan switch and cooling fan motor. One of them is at fault.

not likely PCM problem... most common cause is either ... Bad Cooling Fan Relay Blown Cooling Fan Fuse or Bad Cooling Fan Motor
