It is the coolant temp sensor near the upper radiator hose.
The battery fuse for the radio in the Catera is located in the fuse box underneath the steering wheel. There is a cover you have to remove and a guide to the fuses is imprinted on the inside of the cover, which will tell you which one is the correct fuse.
The engine computer uses the engine coolant temperature sensor to decide when to run the electric radiator fan. It is located very near where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine.
on the 2002 model, open the hood, and on the left side of the engine, there should be a black box, above and to the left of the radiator cap, remove the black box cover with your hands, and you should be able to access the engine fuse box. I think there are three (3) different relays in there that operate your cooling fans.

I don't have the Formula AT, just a 1987 Firebird with 305. The relay is located on firewall drivers side. There are 2 that look similiar. The orifice tube is located in the line at the condenser discharge connection.

It is not equipped with an inertia switch.

The cooling temp sensor for the ecm is located under the fill tank located on the pass. side fender well (the black plastic tank with the rad. cap).
