Hey, if you're still looking for the courtesy lamp relay: looking at the fuse panel, there are 8 "slots" for relays. Starting from the top left (left being the side closest to the firewall), it will look like this: Top left = blank Bottom left = large and gray, this is your flasher unit 2nd column from the left, the only relay in this column is for the courtesy lights, there is a blank slot below in in that column. Then there are 4 relays in line on the column to the right... these are for fog lights, auto head lights, cigar I believe, and I forget the last, but this is in your owner's manual, they just don't tell you the location of each... i found out from trial and error.
Under passenger head light, must remove, relay is visible
Before going after the relay make sure you have enough freon in the system otherwise a/c compressor wont kick on!!!
A 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a four speed automatic transmission.
Will bolt up, but will not shift. The 1998 is controlled differently by the computer.
The only differences are between a regular Cherokee and a Grand Cherokee.
Me friend has a 1995 (same model as yours) jeep grand Cherokee with a 4in lift and it seems to be fine. I have a 1998 grand Cherokee and am thinking about putting some spacers in it.
Yes!
yes
NoNo
A Cherokee would have the AW4. A Grand Cherokee would have a 44RE.
It is not adjustable.
"how do you change a throttle position sensor on a 1998 jeep grand Cherokee?" could someone without any experience do it?
