Under the fuel injector rail just above the oil pan. You can only see it if you are under the car looking at the oil filter. The sensor is 25 cm to your left next to the oil pressure sensor.

The crank sensor is located on the back engine wall in the middle, just under the two coil packs (from where the spark plug wires come). There is a wire harness from the crank sensor to the module which holds the two coil pack. The crank sensor is held into the engine by a single bolt. To see all of this, you have to go under the car. I am having an intermittent no start problem with my 93 Cavalier (it cranks, but no spark at all) and I think the crank sensor is my problem.
