No it wont due to the keyway location which knocks out the timing. The crank will fit into the 80cc engine but you will battle with the timing which will run the engine in reverse. The 85cc conrod and big end pin fits the 80cc crank
In the multy-pin port located under the steering wheel
It is located on the gearbox bellhousing at 6 o'clock.
pin the engine on the flywheel. line the timing mark on the cam gear with the timing mark located on the timing cover. the mark on the cover is located at the top and is just a bump formed in the cover.
The distance betwen center axiess of the crank sahft and crank pin
depends on what year the zetec engine is 98-2000 are varible cam timing & have a slot at rear of both cams & crank is timed by removing a bolt on the exhaust side of block & replace it with a special longer pin that screws in its place to stop crank from turning. then you set vct by pointer on timing belt tensioner with in desired range it has lines on it. willie752@charter.net
it is the product of the crank pin effort (Ft) and the crank radius (r).it is denoted by T.T = Ft * rT = Fp * r (sin θ + sin 2θ / 2n)
There's a 10mm bolt at the back of the block just above the o/s drive shaft, you have to take this out and put in the timing pin (i just used a drill bit that was long enough) when you put the pin in , turn the pulley wheel anti clockwise until you feel the drill bit drop into the timing slot , then remove the pin and replace the bolt and bobs your uncle
Remove the valve cover and line up the timing marks on the crank and both cam gears. Now remove the crankshaft pulley and the timing cover. Insert a pin through each cam just behind the gears to hold them in position for reinstallation. Loosen the belt tensioner bolt and remove the belt. Now reinstall the new belt. I usually remove the pin from the exhaust cam and turn the crank counterclockwise to pull the slack to the tensioner side. Now tighten the tensioner bolt and turn the engine over a few times then line up the timing marks again. That will ensure proper belt alignment and cam timing.
The "timing shear pin" is in the shaft that holds the fly wheel. Hope this helps.
behind the window crank handle, there is a horseshoe shaped pin, pop that pin off and the crank handle should pull right off.
