The outside air temp sensor on 2004 CLK 500 is located next to the right side fog light, held in a circular holder, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
The speed sensor on a CLK 320 is located on the transmission. It is plugged in just behind the bell housing.

on top left back of the engine between the eng and trans 2 weres going right on top of th sennsor can be unplug from top between the engine and fire wall..

I'm not sure where it is on the 2001 CLK 430, but on the 99 clk 430 it located between the rear of the engine bay and the rear of engine on the driver's side! Black connector. You'll need a flashlight since the location is hidden from sight. I'm in the process of changing mine. You can buy the Crank Position sensor at autohaus in Arizona for $56.87. Go online to autohaus and pull it and and take a look at one and that will give you an idea of what to look for. Here is the number for autohaus 800-240-4620.

Trade the car in for a Nissan.
about 2 1/2 gallons.
hold down the clk button till it beeps it will flash hour . then press the clk button again and the hour should change. for the min repeat process but press the clk button a second time to get to the mins.
Its fuse 47, under the hood on the drivers side
