There is no factory cut off switch, but aftermarket devices are often installed near the fuse panel.

The location of the oil sending switch depends on which engine your Celebrity has: If It is has the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine the switch is on the side of the block below the intake manifold. If it is the 2.8L V6 engine the switch is near the bottom of the engine block next to the oil filter.
To replace the signal switch on a Chevy Celebrity: 1. Take the steering wheel off. 2. Take the lock plate off. 3. On the outside of the steering take the hazard light flasher knob off. 4. Take out the three screws that hold the signal switch in place. 5. Unplug the wire connector towards the bottom of the steering column. Attach a string or wire to pull up with the cable as you pull it out with the switch. 6. If the switch comes with any additional instructions, follow them also. Reverse the above to put in a replacement switch. Use the string or wire to pull the new cable down the steering column.
