I don't have an answer to the question but i would also like to know how to have daylite running lights on my 98 b3000.

A DRL module controls the daylight running lights found on many newer and Canadian cars.
under the i/p left of the steering coloum Actually the BCM (Body Control Module) is located under the instrument panel to the right (passenger side) of the glove box. The DRL (Daylight Running Light) Module is located under the instrument panel left of the steering column.

There is a module that you can buy [$40] for daylight running light. It is easy to install and comes with an instructions. Do you have a part number or name of supplier?

The daytime running light module is found on the front driver of the Ford F 150. It is underneath truck mounted to the front bumper and connected to the wire harness.
