Tough one to answer -- but based on the best info I could find, I would have to say it is the Baker Fjord (Canal Baker) in southern Chile. Baker has a maximum depth of 1,344M closely followed by the Song Fjord in Norway at 1,308M. (see USGS Document http://pubs.usgs.gov/pp/p1386i/chile-arg/wet/past.html)
