The 1995 Polaris 400 vehicle identification number is located on the vehicle identification number plate attached to the frame. You will find the flight below the seat.
For the older 400/500 engines you will find the dipstick sticking out of the top of the remote oil reservoir in the front left wheel well.
32oz in my 2004 Sportsman 400. After you add just check the level on the dipstick to see if you are in the right area.

It all depends upon what year the scrambler is. 1990 Polaris scramblers will go 30 to 40 miles per hour. 1995 Polaris scramblers go around 67 miles per hour, so it all depends.
