But if you look at page 18 of the unit's Use and Care Manual (header: "before calling for service"), the left column reading DIFFICULTY -- at the page bottom -- "water in base pan." The adjacent SUGGESTED SOLUTON reads "water in base pan is picked up by the fan blade and thrown onto the warm outdoor coil where the water then evaporates." So that's how it gets rid of its water; by evaporation.

it is in the passenger side front floorboard at the top left. A Short elbow shaped hose should be connecting from the condenser out through a drain hole in the body/frame. If it disconnects, you'll get water in your floorboards when you run your A/C
