The acura vigor does not have a block heater.
My 92 Vigor has 5 clyinders
Look for the same answer. where is the location of an 92 - 94 acura vigor flasher?
The drain plug is on the drivers side of the radiator. It is almost straight down from the headlight assembly.
Under the intake madifult
The front bearings on an Acura Vigor are pressed on bearings, unless you have access to a press or know of a shop that can do this for you I wouldn't attempt this job.
there is no drain plug for the transmission!
Many factors play a role in engine longevity. Provided the routine maintenance is performed regularly according to the maintenance schedule, Acura's will last a "long" time. I have 225K miles on my Vigor.
I just did a full replacement of the Vigor Blower Motor. It took almost 12 hrs. Here are the instructions I followed to the letter. http://pw1.netcom.com/~gentile/Vigor/Timely1102.htm
there is no crank case drain plug on your engine, only a plugged drain line coming from your oil tank.
The Vigor is rated at 176HP and 170lb of torque, but my friend had his all-stock Vigor tested at the dyno after hearing rumours that it is higher, and lo and behold he hit almost 200HP! So 185-190 horses is a more realistic estimate.
The plug will be a giant 25mm bolt right on the bottom of the oilpan.
