There is a tube coming from the bottom of the bike, most likely accessed from under the left bottom side. It will have a steel plug held in place by a hose clamp. Get a oil tub capable of holding 3 plus quarts and pull the steel plug and allow to drain. Grab a beer while you wait.
Drain some out. It is bad to have too much oil.

bad coil pack or bad wire
A fouled plug, bad plug wire or bad coil pack.
If you have a bad coil pack the bike will not run. Take a spark plug out and reattach the plug wire then hold it to a bare metal part of the motor so you can see the bottom of the plug. Try to start the bike and see if you have a spark on the plug. If you do then the coil pack is OK. If you don't it's probable bad.
bad ignition coil, bad plugs. bad plug wires, bad ignition control module........
