Remove the air cleaner and look to the left of the TBI housing and you will see a Flat black plastic piece bolted to a bracket on the intake. It will have about 6 wires plugged into it. That will be what you are looking for.

I believe in 93 they had the newer style computer, this eliminated the electronic spark control module.

It located as you are looking at the engine to the left of the tbi on a mounting bracket on top of the bracket it has a four wire connector connecting to the module
Could be the ESC (Electronic Spark Control) mounted to the center of the firewall under the hood.
According to my service manual, it should be on the passenger-side firewall, next to your fuel pump test connector. -Dave

I have a 92 s10 blazer and my code 43 was fixed by replacing the knock sensor. so maybe check the knock sensor and the wiring from that to the ECM.
