It can be found beneath the dashboard on the passenger side. You will have to remove the lower panel to get to it. Be careful...I replaced the ECM on my 94 last year, and almost pulled out the airbag module instead - it is to the left (toward the driver side) of the ECM - both are silver, rectangular enclosures. Steps: 1) disconnect neg. battery cable 2) remove the right sound insulator panel (under the dash-passenger side) 3) remove the retaining bolts...there should be 2 that hold the module to a metal bracket 4) make sure ignition is in "off" position; slide module out far enough to remove the 2 electrical connectors 5) unplug the elec. connectors and remove the ECM 6) you will have to take the PROM (memory chip) out of the old module and place it in the new one - make sure you see how it is oriented on the circuit board before you remove it, so you can put it back the correct way J.
