most if a original radiator should be bottom driver side facing the fan be care full most are plastic and can break easy i know if hard to turn try some Pb blaster
Place something to catch the engine coolant beneath your 1990 Chevy Corsica radiator. Remove the radiator drain plug with a 9/16 ratchet. The engine coolant will drain out.
The engine block coolant drain plug on 4.3 liter Chevy Blazer is located on the bottom of the engine, near the oil filter. It allows coolant to be completely drained from the block during maintenance.

there is a drain plug/petcock in one of the corners on the engine side of the radiator. you just have to open that and the coolant will drain out. remember coolant is hazardous to pets as well as the environment.

go to the auto store and buy some prestone flush. instructions are on the back. basically you drain your radiator, pour in the flush, refill the system with water, run the engine with the heater on high for about 15 minutes, then drain the system again, refill it with 50/50 coolant.
On either side of the engine block. It will require a 6 point 13mm socket to remove it.
If its the oil drain plug its under the engine on the back of the oil pan, but if your looking for a coolant drain plug afraid you wont find one about the only way i know to do it is to unhook the bottom of the coolant hose and bump the motor over without starting it.
You drain coolant from the radiator. but according to the book ther are two plugs on the engine block that need to drain the coolant from.
