above and ahead of the rear axle under neath the box.if your looking to replace the solenoid for the vent it is above the black square canister between it and the box it has a filter on it.usually the valve part of this gets stuck u may be able to work it back and forth with wd-40 then plug it back in and have someone turn the ignition key on if it made a click sound your ok if it didnt u need to replace the solinoid
