It is coming out the fire wall by the steering wheel shaft. the easiest way to find and repair is to lift the carpet on the driver side and at the bottom of the condenser unit you will see the elbow coming out. take a 1/8 drill bit and drill hole on the left side and use a wire to open the clog. then take a screw with a washer and screw to plug hole
