see the egr valve location on the 1999 Nissan Maxima-it should be very similar.
It doesn't have an orifice tube. It has an expansion valve that is located inside of the evaporator box. The evaporator assembly will have to be removed and taken apart to replace the expansion valve.
It is located near on the transmission, I believe it'snear the motor mount. You will have to get under the car to find it.
The PCV valve is located in the top driver side of the engine, right by the intake manifold. The PCV valve is located in the rear valve cover, just behind the throttle body. There's a rubber hose connected to it. To remove it, just pull it out of the valve cover.

Yes, it is located under the dash. To get to it, you will have to remove the whole dash.

Your rear ac expansion valve is located on the right rear inside your distribution assembly. You will have to remove the inner right side interior to get to it. It is encased inside the black assembly along with the heater core.
