be careful not to disturb the air bag but pop the cover off the air bag and the vent for the windshield and go outside the vehicle and look thru the window at the module and you will see the code on the tan color box a 5 number code on the lower right side of the bar code.

You have to take off the defrost grille on the passenger side of the dash. Go out side and shine a light in the whole in the dash. The five digit number is on a sticker on one of the electronic boxes located there under the dash
To reset or change the keyless entry on a sport trac, first enter the factory code on the keypad. Press the 1/2 button within 5 seconds. Enter the new code that you wish to use. The doors should lock then unlock, indicating the system is now reset and ready to use.
