When pushing the door keypad on a 2001 Ford Sport Trac the keypad lights up but does not lock or unlock the doors even after replacing the keypad and using the factory code any help?

Then you have the wrong code...that can happen if you buy a pre-owned Trac and the previous owner personalizes the code. You can reset your factory set code, directions are in your owner's manual.
