It is in the passenger compartment fuse box on the drivers side of the car under the dash. It is marked BLOWER and is a 30 amp fuse.
I tis in the fuse block under the dash on the drivers side. Replace the 30 amp fuse marked Blower.
There is no radiator fan fuse. It is controlled by a relay in the CCRM.

Check the 30 amp Blower fuse. If not that check the fan relay, if not that check the blower motor directly from a jump on the fan itself.

Blown fuse is the likely culprit. Could also be a bad switch, fan motor, or resistor pack. ==Do Not Overlook= the Ground wire. I have a 96 escort...had same problem 3 times...fuse is 1st thing to check...then the ground wire (which seems to have separated and shorted out twice now.) Since being discovered and fixed, everything is fine!
30 amps. light green housing. Good luck finding it. I know its behind the fuse box but i can't figure out how to get the fuse box undone.
