two places by battery or passenger fender look like little boxs on fender with pluges on them. There is a plastic covering in front of the passengers side firewall under it will be two relays ,switch them then check the operation of the blower and replace the one that is bad. Reminder: Always remove the ground cable from the battery before changing relays-sensors etc.
