You can find the flasher relay on Nissan Hardbody on the metal flange of the clutch pedal.
To replace the flasher relay on a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder 4WD, unplug the old turn signal flasher and plug in the new one. It is a three prong plug located under the dash on the driver's side. The hazard flasher relay works the same way.

The 2000 Nissan Pathfinder turn signal flasher relay switch is located behind the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher switch will be above the gas pedal.
The flasher relay is located underneath the gauge cluster to the right of the stearing column. You do not need to remove anything to see or touch the relay, it is level with the bottom of the trim right above where your right leg rests when driving. Above, not to the right or left. Very easy to find. For future reference, many of these questions can be answered by picking up a Haynes manuel for your car. Fantastic resource. You can find the 2004 Nissan Maxima blower motor relay switch beneath the passenger side dashboard. The blower motor relay switch will be behind the glove compartment.
