I recall seeing the answer on the web but can't remember which site.
It said that it was located behind the dash. On the right end of the dash between it and the glove box.
It said that you had to remove the glove box in order to get access to it.

the flasher relays are located next to the fuse block. they are short cylinders. the top cylinder is the emergency flasher and the bottom cylynder is the turn signal flasher.
What do you mean... A Dynasty has several Relays... they are located on the driver side of the car, on the inner fender.

It is at the far right of the bottom of the fuse panel in the steeing column. Remove access panel on the column and you will see three relays at the bottom.
Dodge doesn't use fuel switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.

The flasher in a Dodge Dakota should be located in the fuse box. The box is under the drivers side of the dash.

The 1999 Dodge Avenger signal flasher relay switch is located beneath the drivers side dashboard. The signal flasher relay switch will be between the gas pedal and the brake pedal.
On a 1996 Dodge Intrepid, the flasher button is located near the center back of the steering wheel, you should see the button on the top of the steering column. The flasher itself is mounted to the multi purpose fuse panel.
