Where is the fuel filter Mazda 3 sp23 2006?

The fuel filter is near the right hand drivers side rear wheel. You'll see from the fuel tank, the lines go to a coke can like thing which is the filter. Few bolts take the filter off and just replace it with a Ryco replacement from supercheap/repco (Australia), or just go to Mazda to buy the pack. It should be replaced every 40ks.
