Where is the fuel filter located and how do you replace it on a 1993 Saturn SL1?

On my 94 SL1 it is mounted inside the driver-side front wheel-well (you can see it from under the hood or from under the car). Use the small plastic tool to disconnet the existing line nearest the throttle-body. The line closest to the gas tank has a compression-fitting you can almost get loose with you fingers (pliers will probably make the job easier). Look at the replacement part to see how it works.
