In a carburated model (V8 only), it's actually on the carb. It's located on the front passenger side corner and is internal to the carb body. Two wrenches are needed, one for the nut on the metal tube, one for the large nut on the carb. On the injected models it is underneath the car near the gas tank. Most likely in the area of the driver side rear wheel. This is more of a problem because you will probably have gas draining on your head while you are disconnecting and reconnecting the two fittings on the gas line.

Look on the drivers side hidden in the frame ur going to need two wrenches.
there is no such thing, the fluid goes into the transmission pan. the very bottom of the trans is a pan, held on with about 20 small bolts..the filter is also in this pan.
