I had this same question a few days ago when my fuel filter went on my '95 Buick LeSabre. I was informed by a mechanically inclined friend of mine, who investigated the problem for me, that it is located inside of the fuel tank. It is not accesable from the back seat or trunk and can only be accesed by dropping the tank.AnswerMy Fuel Filter is located in the middle of the car, on the passenger's side, just inside the frame rail. Easy access and easy replacement. Maybe the other answer applies to the Fuel Pump.
