Sorry to bust your bubble but it doesnt have one. I have a 99 and looked everywhere. What ive been hearing is there is no fuel filter. Try asking at an auto parts store you will see that it is N/A.
Hey I replaced my fuel pump and there is a screen on the bottom of it.
True You need to call the dealership and buy the screen/filter separate. It is located on the fuel pump its self on 1998 lxi. May be the reason the car needs two turnovers to start
Didn't come with one.
Where are the factory amplifiers located inside of a 1999 Chrysler concorde?
I was not built with one.

It is between the radiator and the engine.
The engine computer is the voltage regulator.
I have a 98 2.7, its capacity, with the filter, is 5.5 quarts
It is under the housing where the lower radiator hose attaches to the engine.

If there isn't an external mast, it is part of the rear window defroster.
A 1999 Chrysler does not have a cabin filter.
Chrysler does not use inertia/reset switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
