I'm not 100% sure on this, but on the 325s it is under the car, along the side frame rail about even with the driver's door. There is a protective cover over the entire subframe there you will have to remove to get to it. It also has the fuel pressure regulator built in to it, so don't damage the vacuum line that connects there.
It should be just above the right side drive axle in the rear, jack up the back of the car on the right side and look upward just in front of the right rear tire.
