This is a non-specific question. The Damon Ultrasport Diesel Motorhome was manufactured for for several years on a few different chassis like Freightliner, Workhorse, Chevy, Spartan, Ect.. I would reference the owner's manual. If you don't have one I would download one from the manufacturers website. In this case you will find owner's manuals to download in PDF format for all the Damon Motorhomes on the Thor Motor Coach website.

there is one in the carbuerator where the fuel line goes into it. mine is an ambulance so there is also one located on the frame rail left side.
Sounds like the fuel filter which is easy to change. The next step would be the fuel pump in the tank. If fuel pressure is low from a clogged filter, the throttle plate will open and not get enough fuel so it would be a very lean condition whci would cause popping and lack of power. This happened to me in a 30 ft RV running a 460 ford engine.
Try under drivers side on chasis.
Anyplace that sells filters can tell you the correct filter to install.
That depends on the RV. Some use diesel fuel, some use gasoline, some even use propane or CNG.
9-13psi
Check under driver side chasis. Look good.
An RV.
The 1999 Damon Daybreak's 12 volt fuse box and breaker box is located near the bed in the bedroom. But it will vary per floor plan. You can reference the motorhome's manual and wiring diagrams. They can be downloaded from the Thor Motor Coach Web Site: Background: Thor Industries subsidiaries Damon RV and Four Winds RV strategically merged in Oct. 2010 to form the #1 retail selling brand in North America, Thor Motor Coach. You are getting fuel by pumping it, but the fuel pump is not running. Go to the underside and pull off the fuel line some where, turn the key and see if fuel comes out. There are several places you can check and probably a filter or two. Check multiple places and before and after any filters. If the fuel pump is like mine, in the rear tank, it is electric. If no fuel, or very little comes out, it is either the pump or the relay unit to the pump. That is assuming there are no messed up fuel lines. It is a good idea to replace in-line and carb fuel filter anyway. If it is a fuel pump, you will likely have to drop the tank, or cut an access hole in the floor of your RV to pull the pump out. The parts are not expensive. After all my work today where I have repalced everything, I think that it is the fuel pump relay. I bought one, but I need to try and find where it is located. All of the filters, pump, relay should total less than $100. The pump is the most expensive, so buy it last. I will check in later if I find where the fuel pump relay is located. Craig
