above the fuel pump and at the front of motor,follow your fuel pipes up . you cant miss it looks like small oil filter.

If you had asked about the "Fuel Pump" It would depend on if the truck has a mechanical or electrical fuel pump. If it has a mechanical the above answer would be correct. If it has an electrical pump it is located on the passenger side rear external portion of the frame, right in front of the rear wheel.
But, you asked about the "Fuel Filter". It is located right next to the electrical fuel pump. It is usually white plastic and sits vertical with two rubber lines coming out the top.
