It's right in front of rear drivers tire on frame rail one end has plastic clip other end you need 13/16th wrench and 5/8 wrench to replace. REMEMBER disconnect battery cable work on 95's also
Is this a Factory LT1? In your 1992 Z28?
350 LT1
it should be 1000 rpm
I have a 1994 Camaro z28 and from what I've read these lt1's take between 4.5-5 quarts of oil with an empty oil filter.
the 1997 camaro z28 lt1 has a base line of 285 horsepower and a base of 335 foot pounds of torque.
285
The LS1 and LT1 designations are for the engine not the transmission. A 1993 Camaro Z28 would have originally been fitted with an LT1 engine. Available transmissions behind the LT1 would have been the Borg Warner T-56 (manual), or the 4L60E (automatic).
The engine.
lt1. 350 cubic inches or 5.7 liters
275
.050 95 Z28 only came with 5.7 LT1 motor.
94 did come with it. LT1 started in the 93 Z28's it has a strong motor i have a 94 z28 and iv done replaced 3 transmissions
