88 carb model , the filter should be back by the fire wall , a small canister , behind the engine or down below the master cylinder .
some 89's and newer that are injected , the filter is straight below the master cyl. close to the firewall , it is a fairly big black looking assy. for a filter , and those are not real cheap.
