Found it!!!!!! There isn't one. You have to remove the fuel line bolt that goes to the fuel rail and temporarily install a banjo bolt that connects to a fuel guage. This applies to 4 cylinder (3S-FE)and v6. I got my own answer but maybe someone else needs to know......
