Looking for a Fuel Pump and Fuel Filters for a 1985 Mercedes-B 190 Series
Yes... The main fuel pump receives fuel under pressure from a primer pump located in the fuel tank.
On the 190E it's behind the air filter; it you peek behind the air filter you should see the top of the oil filter. Because it's inverted, there is no oil spillage when you remove it--very convenient. John
I don't know what you are calling a primer but the only thing it has is an electric fuel pump inside of the fuel tank
190D (diesel) versions are, otherwise not exactly. 190D 2.0 needs 5-7l/100km, depends on traffic environment, however, it can eat poor quality fuels, e.g. raw vegetable oil.
need to replace them with new ones
No gasoline is reaching the primer bulb.
Close to the rear axle, behind the rear passenger footwell, under the car.
There is a primer on a Toro Recycler. This will have to be drain first then replace the fuel bowl.
