The fuel pump is located inside the gas tank on a 1993 Chevrolet K2500. To access it the tank will have to be removed. The relay is easier to access and is found under the driver side dashboard.

When you open the bonnet, you will see it on top left hand side of the the engine.
the regulator is located in the throttle housing (where the fuel lines connect)
you can if your tires arent sticking out the side of the truck. its illegal if they stick out. and it depends if you have a body kit.

Well, if it is a gasoline engine then there is no serviceable filter. However there is actually one that is built into the fuel pump/module assy. (Inside the fuel tank). It is meant to be a lifetime filter. If it is a diesel that is a different story. It is located on the pass. side of the engine near the A/C accumulator ( The large aluminum cylinder bolted to the firewall )
I have a 1986 k2500 Diesel pick-up and the lugs on both sides are RHT (Clockwise on, Counter-Clockwise off). My friend's '89 c1500 is similar. Hope this helps.
