The fuel pump driver module is located behind the passenger side rear door pillar inside the trunk under the upholstery.
It's located in the trunk, driver side wall behind the mat.
The fuel pump relay on a 1999 Ford Mustang GT has a returnless fuel system which uses a Fuel Pump Driver Module. It is located underneath the luggage compartment trim panel.
THE FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODULE IS LOCATED ABOVE AND TO THE FRONT OF THE SPARE TIRE.
Located in the trunk under the fuel shut-off switch on the drivers side. The module itself is part # 3W1F-9D372-AB and costs about $80 from ford. Note that I found diag code P1233 on my CVPI (Fuel pump driver module offline) and the cause was a faulty RELAY

The fuel pump driver module is located under the driver's side B-Pillar interior trim about 6 inches above the floor. The B-pillar is the pillar between the front doors and the sliders. Push the driver's seat forward, remove the pillar trim and you will see it right away.

dont know if its the same but i have an 2005 expedition and my fuel pump module was located in the rear driver side wheel well between the frame and the spare tire
Have you tried the relay or the fuel pump itself? Not sure where the relay is located
