Looking at the frnt of your car, it's behind, not directly, but to the left, of your aircleaner housing, mounted to the fenderwell, their should be 2 other relay's there, on the same bracket, and the other is for your air cond, you might find a "red" test wire in that location, it is a hot lead to your fuel pump, hit it with 12v's, listen for the pump kick in, or hummin along, if not, the pump is At Fault.
