It is in the luggage compartment, what used to be the trunk, behind the upholstery. It is not a relay, it is a safety RESET. If you hit something, or maybe a hard bump or pothole, it will shut the fuel pump off. You need to push the red reset button to turn it back on. It should be on the left-hand side; my Taurus' was.
