On a Gen1 Accura/Led, the fuel pump relay is located in the car cabin, under the steering wheel shaft, attached to a (knee) kick panel. After time, the relay sticks open, and cuts off the fuel pump. You can remove, disassemble and clean, which will, in most cases, generate a working relay.
