The relay box is on the drivers side above the wheel well. The box should pull up and you just need to hold one clip to oen the box. I think all three relays are the same, I've switched them with no problems. Three relays, AC WOT, Fuel Pump and I the other I think might pass the power for both, at least it seems to. The other flat one is a diode, mine was rusted out and I had to go to a dealership for that. The guy wasn't very helpfull and I had to give him the number to find it. The connectors can get a bit funky, try cleaning them before replacing the relays.
