The relay is in the drivers side kick panel. You have to remove the inside kick panel covering the wiring around the fuse box. On the edge of the metal next to the kick panel, closer to the door, is a green relay that is fasten to a piece of metal next to the metal border. That is the fuel pump relay. Good luck!
